Polenta recheada com linguiça calabresa

Ingredientes

Azeite a gosto
1 cebola ralada
1 dente de alho picado
350 g de linguiça calabresa cortada em fatias
½ maço de salsinha
Sal a gosto
2 colheres de sopa de extrato de tomate
2 xícaras de chá de farinha de milho
1 litro de água
½ litro de caldo de legumes
50 g de manteiga
250 g de queijo muçarela ralado
50 g de queijo parmesão ralado
Modo de preparo
1. Receiteria
  Reúna todos os ingredientes;
2. Receiteria
  Em uma frigideira, esquente o azeite e refogue a cebola, o alho e a calabresa;
3. Receiteria
  Adicione a salsinha, o sal, o extrato de tomate, deixe refogar mais um pouco, desligue o fogo e reserve;
4. Receiteria
  Em uma panela, esquente 1 litro de água até começar a ferver;
5. Receiteria
  Coloque a farinha de milho e mexa sem parar até começar ficar consistente;
6. Receiteria
  Acrescente o caldo de legumes e mexa até começar a soltar da panela;
7. Receiteria
  Adicione a manteiga, misture bem até ela derreter e acerte o sal (caso precise);
8. Receiteria
  Em uma forma untada, despeje metade da polenta forrando todo o fundo;
9. Receiteria
  Recheie com a calabresa, espalhando bem e finalize salpicando 200 g de muçarela ralada;
10. Receiteria
  Cubra com o restante da polenta, salpique o restante da muçarela, o parmesão ralado por e leve ao forno preaquecido a 180 ºC até gratinar;
11. Receiteria
  Agora é só servir.
