Filé de Pescada ao Molho Bechamel

• 1 kg de pescada branca em filés
• 4 unidades de tomate
• 1 colher (sopa) de queijo ralado
• orégano a gosto
• pimentão vermelho em tiras a gosto
• glutamato monossódico a gosto

Molho

• 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga
• 1 colher (sopa) de farinha de trigo
• 1 copo de leite
• noz-moscada a gosto
• sal a gosto
• salsinha a gosto
• cebolinha verde a gosto

• Como Fazer 

  1. 1.
     Tempere os filés com sal, glutamato monossódico e pimenta-do-reino branca.
  2. 2.
     Coloque metade dos filés temperados em um refratário. Cubra-os com uma parte do molho e dos tomates.
  3. 3.
     Polvilhe com orégano e coloque uma nova camada de peixe, molho e tomate.
  4. 4.
     Espalhe queijo ralado e leve ao forno por 20 minutos.
  5. 5.
     Sirva bem quente, acompanhado de arroz branco.

  Molho

  1. 1.
     Dissolva a farinha de trigo no leite. Reserve.
  2. 2.
     Derreta a manteiga, em seguida junte a farinha de trigo dissolvida. Mexa sempre até engrossar, sem deixar que forme grumos.
  3. 3.
     Tempere com o sal, cebolinha e a noz-moscada.
